  Working with Spark Business Consulting has been such a valuable investment in my business. As a business owner, I knew we were growing, but I also knew I needed help building the systems, structure and financial understanding to make sure we were growing the right way. Kasey, Lauren (my Sparkle ✨), and the entire Spark team have become such an important part of the growth of my business. They’ve helped me understand my numbers, strengthen our processes, and most importantly, start building a company that can grow and scale without burning us out or running us out of money. What I appreciate most is that they don’t just tell you what you should be doing. They take the time to understand your business, where you are struggling and where you want to go, then help you actually put the pieces in place. I still have big goals for Top Shelf, but I feel like I finally have the right people helping me build the foundation to get there. I’m incredibly thankful for Kasey, Lauren, and the entire Spark team and would absolutely recommend them to another business owner who is ready to grow.

  Spark has handled all of our bookeeping for the past 3 years. From day 1 they not only have been extremely repsonsive to my questions, they are proactive to ensure I am able to stay organized and free up much needed time in my daily schedule. I couldn't imagine trying to run our general contracting business without Laura and Jacki and all they do for our company! I would definitely recommend them as a valuable addition to your small business.
